| It took me an hour of hammering, drilling rivets and brute force before the panel could be removed (so I do not believe, like the inspector did, that it was likely to drop off at any moment). The bent framing can clearly be seen, obviously the result of a side impact at some time. It is not going to be easy to fix a member to the bottom so that the panel can be refixed and riveted at the base. | ||||
