1st. Bob the Blacksmith welds the second pillar into position!

4th. I cut the end of the first bearer to length.

5th. The bearer is clamped down with a pair of 7/16" bolts
on a webbing base.

5th. Primer on the newly-arrived pillar sections.

5th. I remove the bolts holding the 3rd nearside pillar in place.

14th. 3 windows cleaned up.

| 14th. I drill and fix the front bearer to the offside.

14th. New pillars are painted.

16th. First new horizontal stretcher in place.

16th. Last 2 windows removed from nearside.

22nd. I detatch the last bit of steel from the nearside.

22nd. Not much left of the nearside.

| 29th. I have collected 6 shaped steel pieces
from Bob to make strengtheners to attach the side planks to. They will screw to
the new pillars.

30th. The strengtheners are bolted into place.

30th. The first plank is fitted!
