Boot Chassis Resilvering Completed

I assume that the angle iron lengthening the chassis was done by the body makers Alexander to support the rear end.

Perhaps the bent joining member was caused by trying to tow the bus backwards out of a ditch? I will probably never know, unless there is some out there who can tell us the full story...
