Wheel-arch shape marked out
One thing that I am learning fast is that the measurements on the sides of these old coaches are not identical!. I have been trying to ensure the offside is a mirror of the nearside, but there are some places where I have to accept the odd half-inch discrepancy. I hope it will all be invisible in the end!
I think the hoop itself will need a little coaxing (with heat) to bend to the correct shape, but I need to wait until I can put the wheel arch in place to test, and before that I will have to replace some of the floor "joists", so that there is something to attach to!
