First Offside Upright cut away
The old upright has been cut away, leaving a stub for Bob to weld the new one to. Not an easy job, as there is not much sound metal left intact!
The alignment of the 2nd and 3rd pillar is not right - they are both leaning out too far, but after consultation, Bob and I decide to leave them as they are until I have made up the stress panel that will join them and jacked up the rear offside to the correct height. Then we will have a session lining everything up!
